That yor. Petrs. said husband, through the<lb></lb>
ill Will of some Neighbours, was lately taken up and pay<lb></lb>
in New Prison, & there detained a week, and afterwards<lb></lb>
Bound over to appear at<del>this</del>
last sessions, for keeping a disordered<lb></lb>
house, tho he was removed from the said house before<lb></lb>
the Warrant was serv'd, and never kept any such<lb></lb>
house, as he is indicted for, only once had the misfortunate<lb></lb>
to take in a bad Lodger, who he warn'd out, & gott rid<lb></lb>
of as soon as possible</p>
<p n="88">That her husband is a poore Pensioner of Chelsey<lb></lb>
hospital & Drafted out in one of the Invalide Companies<lb></lb>
lately Form'd, & is now sick, and unable to appear</p>
<p n="89">Wherefore yor poore petr. meet humbly<lb></lb>
prayes that his Recognizance may be<lb></lb>
withdrawn, & his Bail Discharg'd, or<lb></lb>
