To all Constables, Headboroughs; and other Her Majesty's
Officers and Ministers within the County of Middlesex;
and to every of them whom it may Concern.

These are to will & Require; and in Her Majesty's Name to
Charge & Command you upon fight hereof to bring before
us & others Her Majesty's Justices of the Peace, of the County
aforesaid, at the Sessions of Peace now holden at Hicks Hall
in St John's Street, in & for the Said County, the Body of
Samuel Johnson< no role > standing Indicted for trespass and
Assault
(if the Court be then & there Sitting) or if not, before us or Some
others of Her Majesty's Justices of the Peace of the Same County
find Sufficient Sureties for his-personal Appearance at this presnt.
Sessions to answer the Same, & all Such other Matters as on Her Ma-
jesty's behalf Shall be objected against him. And if he cannot
be taken during this present Sessions That then So Soon after as he
Shall be taken you bring or cause himto be brought before us
or Some others of Her Majesty's Justices of the Peace of the Said
County, to find Sufficient sureties for hispersonal Appearance at
the next Sessions of the of the Peace to be holden for the County to answar
as aforesaid, & farther to be dealt milhal according to Justices
Hereof you are not to fail at your Perils Dated in upon Sessions at
Hicks's Hall aforesaid this 5thDay of Decembrs.
