It is ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor and Constables of the parish of St James Clerkenwell

[..] shew cause why the within Named John Wells< no role > should not
be Discharged from serving the Office of Scavenger for the
upper Liberty of St John Street in the said Parish and
some other person Chosen to serve the said Office in his
stead
