Itt is ordered by this Court that itt be and is hereby
recomended and referred to Robert Kirby< no role > Bastwick
Johnson< no role > and John Poulson< no role > Esqrs three of his Maties
Justices of the peace for this County or any two of
them to nominate and appoint another fitt Inhabitants
of the parish of St Paul Shadwell in this County
to serve the office of Headborough of the said parish
in the roome of Samuell White< no role > named in the peticon
hereunto annexed untill the next Seuall quarter
Sessions of the peace to be held for this [..] County
if they the said Justices or any two of them shall
think fitt This Court (upon hearing of all parties & their Councell being of the opinion that the
petr ought to be discharged from serving the said
office itt appearing tohethis Court that he is an
infirme man & on fitt to execute the said office
