To the Rt Worpll: his Maties Justices of the Peace for the County
of Midlx in their general quarter Sessions of the Peace assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St Giles without Cripple
gate in the City of London

Sheweth


That by a Pass Warrant or Order under the hands and Seals of
[..] Matthew Hewitt< no role > and Alexander Ward< no role > Esqrs two
of his Maties Justices of the Peace for the County of Midlx (Quorne
Unns) bearing date the 22d: Day of June last past one Katherine
Field
< no role > was removed from the Parish of St Giles without Cripplegate
in the said County to the Parish of St Giles without Cripplegate in
the City of London by the name of the Parish of St Giles within
Cripplegate in the City of London as the Place of her last legal
Settlement

That your Petrs conceiving themselves aggrieved by
the said Warrant or Order of the said two Justices Do
humbly appeal to your Worpps therefrom And pray
That your Worpps will be pleased to hear them in the
Prmisses And order that the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the said Parish of St Giles without Cripplegate
in the donnty of Midlx may appear before you at a
certain day to hear and abide the Judgment and
determination of your Worpps touching this Appeal
