Upon reading the Humble peticon and Appeale of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Paddington in this County
setting forth that by Warrant under the [..] hands & Seales of William
Cowper
< no role > and John Leacroft< no role > Esqrs two of his Maties Justices of the peace
for the City of Libty of Westmr (Quor Unus) Dated the Sixth day
of May last Richard Hughes< no role > with Anne< no role > his wife & their two Children
Patience< no role > and William< no role > were passed from the parish of St Margaret
Westmr to the said parish of Paddington as the place of the last
legall Settlemt of the said Richard Hughes< no role > & Anne< no role > his wife and
their said Children And that the petitioners conceived themselves
aggreived thereby and appealed from the same to this Court And
prayed that their appeale might be saved to the next Generall
Sessions of the peace to be held for this County And that all
Psons concerned might be Ordered then to attend his Maties
Justices of the peace & hear & abide their Judgement and
determinacon touching the said AppealeWhereuponIt is
Ordered by this Court that all parties concerned in the
said Appeale doe attend his Maties Justices of the peace
for this County at the next Generall Sessions of the peace to
be held for this County by Adjornment at Hickshall in St
John Street on Thursday the Eighth day of September
next at ten of the Clock in the forenoon to heare and
abide their Judgemt & determinacon touching the said Appeale
And that in the mean time the petrs doe give Notice thereof
to the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said [..]
parish of St Margaret Westmr by leaveing with them or one of them A true
Coppy of this Order
