of the Parish of Saint Martins in the Feilds in ye
said County

Sheweth


That Your Petr on or abt. the 16th of June last Past
upon the Infomacon of one Richard Boddington< no role > and upon
the Oath of one James Brookes< no role > was Convicted before
Jeffery Saunders< no role > Esqr. one his Matyes Justices of ye
peace for ye said County for setting on Seven dozen and two
Cloth Buttons and Six doz and tenn Cloth Hales on a Suit of
Cloathes of ye Said James Brookes< no role > contrary to ye Statute in
that made & Pvided

That Your Petr. did accordingly Appeal agt ye said Convicon unto this Court [..]
[..] which Appeal was appointed to be heard
[..] by this Court on Wednesday ye 13th.day of July instant
That Your petr could not possibly bring on the
same by Reason his attorney or Agent was Obliged
to Attend ye Comrs. on a Comiccon de Lunatico
Inquirendo - That Your Petr. being greatly aggreived
by the said Convicon [..] humbly prays
that ye. said Appeal may be heard
by yor. Worships on Saturday Morning
next or any other time your Worships
shall please to appoint.
