The Humble Petition of Frais Reynolds< no role >
& John Hyrons< no role > Constables of the parish of
Kensington in the said County

Sheweth


That Your Petrs. have Served the Office of Constables in the said parish
of Kensington for one whole year last part and the Lord of the Manner [..] for
of abbots Kensington Earles Court in wth. said Mannor the said Parish of
Kensington doth lie hath not for some time Past holden any
Court Lees for the said Mannors And as by a Certificate under the
Hand of John Diserote< no role > Steward of the said Mannor hereunto
annexed is Dosh appear that the said Lord will hold no Court
peel for the said Mannor this present year

Your Petr. therefore humbly pray to be Discharged at
from their said Office And that Thomas Rice< no role > and
William Penford< no role > two Substantiall house holders in
the said Parish who are [..] Willing to accept
the said Office may be Sworn in their room and
Stead a [..]

And Yor. Petr. as in Duty be and shall sd pray etc
