To the Right Worpll his Majesties Justices of the peace
for the County of Middlx

The humble Peticon of John greenwood< no role > of the Liberty
of Old Street in the parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate
in the said County Victualler .

Sheweth


That Your Petr. has been lately continued by
two of his Majesties Justices of the peace for the said
County one of the Overseers of the poore of the said
parish for the yeare ensueing

That Your Petr is very pass adversed in yeares being
about Seventy four, haveing his Eyesight very
much impaired being at left utterly void of all mannor
of schollarship, And in meane Circumstances, Which
makes him incapable of serveing the said Office

Your Petitoner therefore most humbly prays.
your Worpl. will be pleased to order the
Churhwardens and Overseers of the poore
of the said parish and all other persons
Concerned to attend this Court some day this
present Sessions to shew Cause why your
Petr. Should not be discharged from serveing
the said Office of Overseers of the poore

And Your Petr. Shall ever pray etc
