Sheweth

That Yor. Petr Hath by Warrant under the Hands & Seales of John
Richardson< no role > & John Mercer< no role > Esqrs . two of his Maties. Justices of the peaces
for the said County Quarunues bearing Date the 31th day of March
last been(as a Substantiall householder in the said Parish)
[..] appointed nominated Overseer of the poor there for this Precent Year

Yor. Petr. being no housekeeper in the said parish humbly
conceives himself to be aggrieved by the sd. Nominated
and Prayes that this Court (for the said reason) will
be pleased to Discharge him forthwith from the
said Office

And Yor, Petr as in Duty bound shall
ever pray Etc
