And in case of any riotous Assemblies to read the proclamacon
contained in the Statute agt. Riotors in order to disperse them,
And on their refuseall to disperse, to proceed against them as that
Statute directs,

And the sd. Justices of the peace are to certify an exact acct. in
writing of their pceedings in the premisses in order to be
retorned to the Duke of Newcastle,
