Whereas the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
of the parish of Hillingdon in this County exhited
their humble peticon & appeale to the Court of the last
Generall Quarter Sesions of the peace holden for
this County by adjornmt. on Friday the twenty second
day of February instant Setting forth that by an
Order under the hands & Seales of Samuel Perry< no role > & DO'yly
Michel
< no role > Esqrs . two of his Maties. Justices of the peace for the
Said County (Quorum Vuns) beareing date the
eighteenth day of December last past Martha < no role > the wife
of Adam Hannah< no role > & her three children (Vizt.) Mary < no role >
aged about nine yeares William < no role > aged about two yeares
& Hester < no role > aged about two months were removed from
the parish of St. Mary Whitechappell in the Sd. County
to the Village of Cowley in the Said Parish of Hillingdon
as the place of their last legall Settlemt. And that the
Petrs.thinkthought themselves aggreived by the Judgmt. of the
Said two Justices of the peace, and appealed to the
Said Court, Which appeale was by the same Court
adjourned to this present Sessions and appointed to be
heard & determined by this Court on this twenty eighth
day of February instant , Now upon heareing of what
was alledged by Councell for the [..] Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the Said parish of St. Mary
whitechappell & alsoe by Councell for the Churchwardens
& overseers of the poor of the Said parish of Hillingdon It is
thought fit and Ordered by this Court that the heareing and
