P adjorn Sabti scdo die Marcy 1722

Complaint haveing been made by Tho: Pinder< no role > Esqr . one of
his Maties. Justices of the peace for this County that on
Thursday last some words were made use off in the
presence of the Justices of the peace of this County on
that may assembled at Hicks hall in St. John street in the Said
County after dinner, affirming or infirmateingthatthe
Sd Mr. Pinder< no role > to be a person disaffected to his Maties. King
George & has Governmt. It is resolved by this
Court that it is theopinionunanimous Opinion of
this Court that the said Mr. Pinder is a Gentl very
well & Zealously affected to the persons & Governmt
of his most Sacred Maties. King George & the protestant
Succession as by Law established and hath distinguished
himselfe by his zeale for the Same upon all occacons
And that such assercons & infirmacons are Utterly
groundless,
