for keeping a comon bawdy house are remanded
to Newprison aforesaid for want of Sufficient Sureties
for their appearance at the next Sessions of Oyer and
Terminer to be held for this County to psecute their
traversewith effect upon the said Indictment and they
are ordered to give such sureties before Alexander Ward< no role >
Esqr one of his Maties Justices and Comissioners of Oyer
& Terminer for this County to whome it is recomended
to take & approve thereof to remaine till they give Such
Sureties then to be delivered paying their Fees Senally
