Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us Whose Hands and<lb></lb>
Seals are hereunto set, two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace<lb></lb>
for the County ofMiddlesex(Quorum Unus) by the<lb></lb>
Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish ofSt Giles in the Fields<obscured></obscured>

aforesaid, That<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
<lb></lb>
lately come into the said Parish<lb></lb>
ofSt. Giles in the fieldsendeavouring to Settlehimselfthere as<lb></lb>

Inhabitant and<obscured></obscured>
like to be Chargeable thereunto, and<lb></lb>
not having brough any Certificate, nor given Notice in<lb></lb>
Writing, nor gained any Legal Settlement therein, pursuant and accord-<lb></lb>
ing to the Several Acts of Parliament in that behalf made; And whereas<lb></lb>
upon the Examination of the saidAdjour<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
we do adjudge the Premises to be true, and that the said Parish of<lb></lb>
St.<obscured></obscured>
in the Westis the Place wherein the said<lb></lb>
<obscured></obscured>
last Legally Settled; Then an therefore, in<lb></lb>
His Majesty's Name to Command you the Church-wardens and Overseers<lb></lb>
of the Poor of the Parish ofSt. Giles in this Feildsforthwith to Remove<lb></lb>
the saidaldgate Fields<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
<obscured></obscured>
from the Parish ofSt<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
to the Parish of<obscured></obscured>
aforesaid, (which we<lb></lb>
do hereby adjudge to be the Place of<obscured></obscured>
last Legal Settlement)<lb></lb>
and deliver<obscured></obscured>
to the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor<lb></lb>
there, or to some or one of them, (together with this Precept, or a true<lb></lb>
Copy hereof) who are hereby required to receive and<obscured></obscured>
