Lune 15 o. die Januar 1727

His Maties. Justices of the peace for this County of
Middx this day assembled in their Generall
Quarter Sessions holden at Hicks hall Doe (Nemine
contradicente) Order & direct that the Clerke of
the peace of this County doe write letters to John
Fuller
< no role > & Tho: Gouge< no role > Esqrs . two of his Maties. Justices
of the peace of this County and acquaint them
that the sd. Justices assembled in Sessions desire
the said Mr. Fuller & Mr. Gouge will dine with them
at Hicks hall on Thursday next at one of the
clock in the afternoon, and after dinner give
them an account why the sd Mr. Fuller & Mr. Gouge
signed a warrant for dischargeing William
Crampton
< no role > late one of the Overseers of the poor
of the parish of St James Clerkenwell in the
said County out of the Goal of Newgate , he
haveing been committed thither by Simon
Michell
< no role > Robert Tothill< no role > Thomas Pindar< no role > &
William Colesworth< no role > Esqrs . four of his Maties. Justices
of the peace for the said County dwelling in the
said parish (Quorum unus) for not makeing
a true & perfect account of all sums of
money by him reced or rated & assessed & not
reced and of all other things concerning his
said office, And alsoe to give an account why
they did not first send to the said committing
Justices as the Regulating Order doth in such
case direct before they signed such warrant
of discharge,
