the sentence & Judgment given against him by the Court

trespasse & misdemeanour, is comitted to Newprison
aforesaid for want to sufficient sureties for her appearance
at the next Sessions of Oyer & Terminer to be held for
this County to psecute her traverse upon the said Indictment
to remaine till she finds such sureties before one of his
Maties Justices & Comissioners of Oyer & Terminer for the
said County, then to be delivered paying her Fees 4s-8d
