Nathaniell Mapleberk< no role > the prosecutor in this Cause
maketh oath that he this Deponent received the notice hereunto
annexed about the hour of ten of the Clock on wednesday night
last and that he this Dept: hath ever Since the receipt of Such
notice used his Uttmost endeavours to find out Richard Bryan< no role >
& Mathew Linder< no role > uncle in order to produce them as witnesses for
him this Dept (in this Cause) and cannot possibly find
them and this Dept Says that they are materiall wittnesses
for this Dept. in this Cause without whose Testimony this
Deponent cannot proceed to try the Same andthatthis
Dept. was informed at each of their Lodgings that the said
Richd Bryan< no role > & Mathew Sindercombe< no role > were at the Nore which
this Depont. doth beleive to be true and was also informed
that they would not be in London untill next Sessions which this dept. doth early beleive to be the when
this Dept. doth earily belive he Shall be able to produce
them being at present unable to produce them as [..]
