Maketh Oath that She very well Knowes Mrs. Mary Edwards< no role >
(who as this deponent hath been informed and verily beleives
Stands bound in a Recognizance to prosecute Elizabeth Temple< no role >
on Suspition of Felony in Stealing one. pair of Lace Lappett

Seven hundred thirty and three lying in bed of a dangerous
illness of a feavour and consumption so that she cannot in
at probability live many dayes and is in danger of death
every hour, And the deponent verily beleives it would
cause her immediate death to remove her out of her
Lodging (which is at Kensington in the said County) in
order to her appearing in Court according to her said
Recognizance
