At the General Session of the Peace of our Sovereign [..] King
holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the
County aforesaid on Friday the third day of September [..] the
tenth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
second King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Church wardens & Overseers of
the poor of the Parish of St. Clement Danes in this County have notice of this
Petition & appeale, and that they & all persons concerned do attend
this Court on Wednesday next at nine of the clock in the forenoon
to hear & abide the Judgment and determination of this
Court touching the Said Appeale,
