Fees to be taken for the Licences of Aleshouse keepers Etc
within the County of Middx (to wit)

from every Alehouse keeper Etc who had a Licence
before, and continued in the same house for wch.
he was so licenced}

For the Kings Duty0-1-0

For the Clerk of the peace for attending-
taking, and registring every Recognizance
before the Justices of the peace at their yearly-
General Renewing the Licences of Alehouse keepers Etc
and for a copy of the Recognizance and
Condition for every Alehouse keeper Etc}

For the Justices Clerk0-1-0

between the yearly General Renewing of Licences
For Every new Licence where no Licence
was ever granted before}

For the Kings duty0-1-0

For the Clerk of the peace for registring-
and for a copy of the Recognizance & Conditions
for every Alehouse keeper Etc to whom a new
Licence is granted}

For the Justices Clerk0-2-6

For every Alehouse keeper Etc who leaves his
old house for wch. he was licened and takes
another house, he is to pay the same as for
a new Licence,

It is to be observed that if the Alehouse keeper
applus for renewing his Licence Upon any of
the Defaulting days, such Alehouse keeper
to pay no more than he ought to pay upon the
general days of renewing,

The Cryer to receive nothing of any Alehouse keeper at
the General Rene [..] ing or on any defaulting day [..]

of each Licence,
