Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of
Middlesex at Hick's Hall in St. John Street in the
County aforesaid on Mondaythe fifth day of December
in the Eleventh Year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the Second King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court That the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields in this County
have Notice of this Appeal, And that they and all Persons
concerned do Attend this Court on Friday next at ten
of the Clock in the forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment
and Determination of this Court touching this Appeal
