To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex in General Session at
Hicks Hall assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Anne Within
the Libty of Westmr. in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by virtue of a pass Warrant under the hands & Seals
of John Ludbey< no role > and Wm. Pickering< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majesty Justices
of the Peace for the said City and Libty (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the 19th. day of November last Mary Burroughs< no role > Widow
was removed from the Parish of St. James within the Libty of Westmr,
in the said County of Middx to the said Parish of St. Anne whereby
your Petitioners conceive themselves to be aggrievd

Therefore they humbly appeal to your Worships
against the Adjudgment of the said two Justices and
Pray your Worships will be pleased to Order that the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of St. James and all Persons concerned do attend
this Court some day in this present Session to hear and
abide the Judgment and Determination of this Court
touching the said Appeal
