The humble Petition & Appeal of the Church
wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Clement Danes in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by an Order under the hands and
Seals of Danl. Gach< no role > & Jas Traser< no role > Esqrs . two of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the City and Liberty
of Westmr . (one of the Quorum) bearing Date the
9th. Day of Septr. last Mary Pritchard< no role > (since De [..] the [..] Wed. of
Andrew Pritchard< no role > deceased) and her two Children
to wit Saml< no role > . aged Nine Years & upwards and
Joseph< no role > aged Seven Years and upwards were removed
from the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields within
the Liberty of Westmr. in the County of Middlesex
to the Parish of St. Clemt. Danes aforesd. as the
Place of their last legal Settlement whereby
your Petrs. conceive themselves to be agrieved &
agt. the sd. Order do Appeal

Your Petrs. therefore humbly Pray
that a short Day may be appointed [..]

Determine the matter touching the
