Parish of Enfield
in theCountyofMiddlesex aforesaid
and to the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish ofSouth mims
in theCounty Aforesaid

WHereas Complaint hath been made by you the Church-
wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
ofEnfield
unto Us whose Hands and Seals are hereunto set, two
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace (whereof one is
of the Quorum) for theCountyaforesaid,
ThatWilliam Haydon< no role > & Mary< no role > his Wife
John< no role > their Son Aged Seven years Hannah< no role >
their Daughter Aged five years, Joseph< no role >
their Son Aged four Years have
lately intrudedthemselvesinto your said Parish ofEnfield

there to inhabit as Parishioners contrary to the Laws relating to
the Settlement of the Poor, andaretherelike tobecome charge-
able, [..] And whereas upon due Exami-
nation and Enquiry made into the Premises,upon the Oath
of the said William Haydon< no role >

it appears unto Us, and we accordingly adjudge, That the said
William Haydon< no role > & Mary his wife, John
their Son Hannah their daughter & Joseph
their Son are Actually
like to becomechargeable unto the said Parish ofEnfield
and that the last legal Place of
Settlement of the saidWilliam Haydon< no role > & Mary his wife
& their Said Childrenis in the said Parish of
South mims
These are therefore in his Majesty's Name, to order and require
you the said Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish ofEnfield aforesaid, that you,
or some of you, do forthwith remove and convey the saidWilliam
Haydon
< no role > & Mary his wife with their Abovesd.
Childrenfrom your said Parish ofEnfield .
to the said Parish ofSouth mims
andthemdeliver
to the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or some
or one of them, together with this our Warrant or Order, or a true
Copy hereof; whereby they are likewise required in his Majesty's
Name, and by Virtue of the Statutes in such Case made, forth-
with to receive the saidWilliam Haydon< no role > & Mary
his wife with their said Children
into their saidParish of South mims and provide forthem
as their own Parishioners.Given under our Hands and Seals, the
