and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of

Anne
in the County of Middlesex
Sheweth
That by a Warrant or Order bearing date the eighth day of
March last past
under the hands and Seals of

. one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County
of Middlesex
(one whereof being of the Quorum)

Elizabeth in his Wife and their three Children, to wit

aged Fifteen

aged Eleven and

aged four years were removed from the Hamlet
of Popular and Blackwall
in this County to the Said Parish of Saint Anne
as the Place of their last legal Settlement
Your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved by
the Said Order of the Said two Justices do appeal against the Same
And humbly pray that this Court
will be pleased to appoint a Day this
present Session for all Parties to attend
to hear and abide the Judgement and
Determination of this Court touching
the Said Appeal
And your Petrs. will pray Etc.
