Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of theParish
of Saint Ann in the Said County.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
Us, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County ofMiddlesex aforesaid
(one whereas being of the Quorum) by the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Hamlet of Popular & Blackwall ThatGeorge Toogood< no role >
Fisherman Elizabeth< no role > his Wife and their three
Children to wit Elizabeth Toogood< no role > aged Fifteen
Mary< no role > aged Eleven and Sarah< no role > aged four years
lately intruded, and
came into the saidHamlet of Popular Etc Blackwall
andare nowbecome Chargeable to the same; We
the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises
upo Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the
same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the
last legal Settlement of the saidGeorge Toogood< no role >
Elizabeth his Wife Elizabeth Mary & Sarah
Toogood

is in the said Parish of Saint Ann in the
County of Middlesex aforesaid

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, to
require you, on Sight hereof, to remove and
convey the saidGeorge Toogood< no role > his
Wife and their said Children
from and out of your saidHamlet of Popular and
Blackwall to the saidParish of Saint
Ann in the County of Middx aforesaid
andThemdeliver unto the Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or to some, or one of them
together with this Order, or a true Copy hereof,
who are hereby required to receive and provide for
Themaccording to Law. Given under our
Hands and Seals thisEightDay ofMarch Anno
