The Defendt. is one of the Proprietors of Sadlers Wells
& some time ago was bound over to appear at this present
Sessions to Answer to all such matters & things as on
his Majesties behalf should be objected agt. him & in the
mean time to be of the good behaviour

The Case of Mr. Rosamond is entirly upon a different
footing with the rest of the Persons engaged in
performances of the like Nature for upon his entiring
into the above Recognizance he imedately desisted
from performing nor has he done any thing of that
nature since

Please therefore to move that he may be discharged of
his Recognizance
