on the Presecution of
Edward Ford< no role > and Others

Edward Ford< no role > of Chelsea in the County of Middlesex Victualler the
Presecutor above Named Maketh Oath And Saith that he this
Depont. together With One Rebecca (then Rebeccah Pirner< no role > ) now
Rebeccah Fowler< no role > John Spooner< no role > and Jacques being bound
Over to prosecute the Above Named Hannah Lowerry< no role > for
Stealing two pair of Linnen Streets of the value of Ten pence
in May last to the best of this Deponts. knowledge Rement Game
and belief that he this Depont. Did Cause a Bill of Indictment
to be made out Against the said Hannah Lowerry the then next
Sessions and that he this Depont. together with the said Rebeccah
Fowler
< no role > And John Spooner< no role > were Sworn to the said Bile and that
they together with the said Jacques Did Attend the Grand
Jury the day the said Bile Was made out In Order to give Evidence
thereon but Whether he this Depont. or the said Rebecca
Fowler
< no role > John Spooner< no role > or the said Jacques were over Called
to give Evidence before the said Grand Jury he Cannot tell
Cort Saith he never did hear himself Called Neither Doth he
believe the said Robecca Fowler or John Spooner< no role > ever herd
themselves or either of themselves called to give Evidence
thereon and if they Were it Must be white they were goneout
to get a little Refreshment so that this Depont. Apprehended
the same Was thrown out And this Depont. further Saith that
he this Depont. Did not Avoid prosecuting the said Hannah
Lowerry through favour or Affection but that the Same was
through Inadvertiancy he being Informed when the Court
break up by a person whom this Depont. took to be an Attorney
