At the General Session of the Peace of
Our Lord the King holden for the County
of Midd at Hicks Hall in St John Street
in the said County (by Adjournmt.) on
Thursday the Seventeenth day of Septemb
1761. in the first year of the Reign of
King George the Third.

It is Ordered that Mr. John Higgs< no role >
Treasurer of this County do pay to Mr. James
Sturges Adams
< no role > four Pounds three Shillings &
Six Pence for Subsitance of Vagrants since
the last Session And that the Receipt of the
Said. Mr. Adams together with this Order shall
be a sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer
for such payment.
