Know all Men by these Presents That We James Branan< no role >
of the Parish of Saint James in the Liberty of Westminster in
the County of Middlesex Chairman and James Mc donnel< no role > of
the Parish of Saint George Hanover Square in the said
liberty and County Yeoman
have Remise, Released, and for ever quiff claymed, and by these presents
do Remise, Release, and for ever quitt clayme unto John Devey< no role > of
the aforesaid Parish of Saint James in the liberty and
County aforesaid Chairman his
Heirs Executors and Administrators all and all
manner of Action and Actions Cause and Causes of Action Indictments Suits, Bills,
Bonds, Writings, Obligatory Debts, Dues, Duties, Accompts, Sum and
Sums of Money Judgements Executions, Extents, Quarrells Controversies,
Trespasses Damages and Demands whatsoever both in Law and Equity,
or otherwise howsoever, which against the said John Devey< no role >
We or either ofusever had and which We or either of our Heirs
Executors or Administrators shall or man here a free have Saint challenge
or demand for or by reason or means of any Matter Cause or Thing
whatsoever, from the beginning of the World unto the day of the date of these
