London Gentleman maketh Oath and saith that he
this Deponent on the Eighth day of December last
filled up Generall Releasses for Mary Pocock< no role > against
William Elders< no role > for a Bill of Indictment which she
preferred against him in September Sessions last
(which this Deponent hath been Informed) for an
Assault and False Imprisonment and this Deponent
further saith that he saw the same Duety
