this Conveyance was as General [..] Testors Will & not particularly
Descriptive of the premes conveyed [..] Bargain Hale to Howell
of 19 Janry 1754 being registred the Nonregistring the Release
& Confirmation of 1st. May 1766 seems immaterial, I havealso
left herewith Schedule of Mr Robinson's Title Deeds you'll please to
subscribe of receit theseunder written & will call with the Deeds
