Memorandum it is this Day agreed between William Fowler< no role >
for himself and Catherine< no role > his Wife Plaintiff in an Indictment brought
against Catherine< no role > the Wife of Michael Foy< no role > Defendant that no further
prosecution shall be carried on on the above Indictment and the said
William Fowler< no role > and Catherine his Wife doth acquit the said MichaelWilliamFoy< no role >
and Catherine his Wife from all manner of Actions whatsoever and of
all Dues and Demands from the beginning of the World to the Day of the Date
of this present Writing And in Case the above mentioned Prosecution shall
ever be carried on hereafter or any Action brought by either of the above
parties on their former Disagreements such party so Agressing shall forfeit
to the other the Sum of five Pounds Witness our hands this 13th. Day of July
1767
