At the Delivery of the Kings Goal of Newgate holden for the County of Middlesex on
Wednesdaythe fifteenthday of July1767

Whereas William Gray< no role > hath at this present
Session been Convicted of Felony on the Prosecution of William Elliot< no role > Daniel Gaffney Isaac
Redgrave
< no role > and James Richardson< no role > and the said William Elliot< no role > Daniel Gaffney Isaac Redgravel & Jams Richardson
having severally prayed to be allowed for their Expences and loss of time in the said
Prosecution which this Court doth think reasonable His therefore Ordered by
this County that the Treasurer of this County do forthwith pay to the said William Elliot< no role >
Daniel Gaffney< no role > Isaac Redgrave< no role > and James Richardson< no role > the Sum of thirty four Shillings
for theirsaid Expences and loss of time

July 16th 1767.
Reced of Mr. Jefferson Treasurer of this
County the Sum of Thirty four shillings in
full of the above Order
