At the General Quarter Session of the Peace held by
Adjournment for the County of Middlesex at
Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the County of Middx
aforesaid on Monday the 8th. day of January in the
Tenth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
George the Third by the Grace of God of Great
Britain France and Ireland King defender of the
Faith Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Martin in the
Fields within the Liberty of Westminster in the sd. County
have notice of this appeal and that they and all Parties
concerned do Attend this Court on Thursday next at 9
of the Clock in the forenoon to hear and abide the Judgemt.
