County of Middlesex Gentleman maketh Oath and Saith that he this Deponent was
was present and did see the Release hereunto annext duly signed Sealed and delivered
by Roger Fines< no role > therein named as his Act and Deed and this Deponent did set
and Subscribe his Name as a Witness to such Execution thereof and this Deponent
further sixth that William Jones< no role > of Hollwell Land in the Parish of Saint
Leonard Shoreditch in the County of Middlesex Victualler was present and was
another subscribing Witness thereto And this Deponent further Saith that the
Name John Colton< no role > set and Subscribed as a Witness to the Execution of the said
Release hereunto annext is of the proper Hand Writing of this Deponent And that
the Name William Jones< no role > also set and subscribed as another Witness to the
Execution thereof is of the proper Hand Writing of the said William Jones< no role > and was so
Written by him in the Presence of this Deponent
