being bound over to appear at the
Session held in September last, and not appearing according
to the Condition of your Recognizance for that Purpose,
it became forfeited, and must be estreated into the Court
of Exchequer , in Order to the issuing of Process thereon
against you for levying the Penalty; Unless respited there
from by the Court, upon Appearance, and Application to
stay Procedings at the next Session, which will begin on
Thursday the 8th Instant.
