Maketh Oath and Saith, that he is a Subscribeing
Witness to the General Release hereunto Annexed
And that this Deponent was present on the fifth Day
of this Instant October, and did the see the Above
Prosecutor Hatwood Hale Set his Cross or mark
to the Release hereunto Annexed, And that the Said
Hatwood Hale did the also Seal and as his Act
and Deed duly Deliver and Execute the said Release
in the Presence of this Deponent, And of John

Scribeing Witness thereto And that the Names
