on Wednesday-the fifteenth-day of July 1772

hathat this present Session been Convicted of Felony on the Prosecution
of Edwd. Roberts Isaac Noble< no role > & David Phillips< no role > and the said Edwd. Roberts< no role > Isaac Noble< no role > & David Phillips< no role >
having prayed to be allowed for their Expences and loss of time in the said
Prosecution which this Court think reasonable It is therefore Ordered by
this Court that the Treasurer of this County do forthwith pay to the said Edwd.
Roberts< no role > Isaac Noble< no role > & David Phillips< no role > the Sum of Eighteen Shillingsfor
their Expences and loss of time
