Take Notice That the abovenamed Defendant
Hannah March< no role > hath pleaded a plea of Misnomer
Setting forth That her Name is not Ann as Mentioned
in the Indictment preferred Against her by you but that
She hath always been called and known by the Name
of Hannah from her Baptism and not by the Name of
Ann as by the said Indictment is Supposed And that
unless the Clerk of the peace Reply to the said plea on or
before Wednesday the Twenty first Day of October Instant
the said Indictment will be Quashed for the Insufficiency
