Middlesex Gentleman maketh Oath and saith that he this
Deponent was present and did see the within named
Robert Peeke< no role > and Elizabeth Peeke duly sign Seal and
as their Acts and Deeds respectively deliver the within Deed
Pell or Instrument of Releaseand that thein the
presence of this Deponent who subscribed his name as
a Witness thereto And this Deponent further saith
that the names Robert Peake< no role > Elizabeth Peake< no role > and J
Meddowcroft subscribed to the foot of the said Release
are of the respective hands Writing of the said Robert
Peake< no role > Elizabeth Peake< no role > & this Deponent
