To the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the County of Middlesex
in General Session of the Peace at Hicks Hall in the said County Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Saint Anne within the Liberty
of Westminster in the County aforesaid.

Sheweth


That by virtue of an Order under the hands and Seals of Cornelius
Martin
< no role > and William Martin< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the
in and for the City and Liberty of Westminster aforesaid (one whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing Date the First Day of this present Month
of February a Woman and Child in the said Order called and described
by the Names and Descriptions of Susanna young< no role > Widow of James
Young
< no role > and their Child George< no role > aged about five Months were removed and
conveyed from the Parish of Saint James within the Liberty of Westminster
in the County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint Anne as the place
of their last legal Settlement Whereby Your Petitioners conceive
themselves to be Aggrieved

Your Petitioner therefore humbly Appeal to this Court
against the Adjudication of the said two Justices and their
said Order and pray that Your Worships will please to
appoint some Day in this present Session for the hearing
and determining the said Appeal and to Order that the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the said parish
of Saint James and all persons concerned do then attend this
Court
