Carried unanimously in the affirmative

Whereas it is a general Complaint
that several of His Majesty's Justices
of the peace for this County have directed finishd and
[..] directed and intrusted the
Execution of their Warrants to Persons
who are neither Regular Constable
nor Head boroughs, Whereby many Incon-
-vinuncies have arisen, and which,
(in many of the Cases where it has [..]
been done) is conceived to be contrary to Law.
Resolved, That it be, And it is here by
Seriously, recommended to his Majesty's
Justices of the peace for this County;
That from hence forth no Justices
do direct or in trust the Execution
of a Warrant by him granted, to
any person who is not aregularLegal
Constable or Head borough, unless in
Cases of the most urgent kind, and when
the Necessity for such Conduct is well
made out to the Satisfaction of the Justice.
