Named Prosecutors Maketh Oath That he did on Monday the first
day of June Instant Attend to Serve John Gretton< no role > Esquire with the
Copy of a Subpena Issuing out of this Court Purporting that the
said John Gretton< no role > was to Attend and Give Evidence on the Behalf
of the above Prosecutor at his House in Margaret Street Cavendish
Square when a Man Servant of the said John Grotten< no role > Esquire
Informed this Deponent that his Master was not in Town
but would arrive in Town [..] in the Afternoon of this Instant
Second day of June and was very Sure if his Master had been
in he would very gladly have Attended and this Depot saith that
he verily beleives the said John Gretton< no role > Esquire to be a Very
Material Evidence in the above Prosecution
