Snow produced a Duplicate to your Peticoner which your Peticoner<lb></lb>
was willing to submitt to, but upon his applicacon To his<lb></lb>

Bateman & Mr. Justice Smith for the Pet. & his Attorney to<lb></lb>

to attend was by their Worshipps fined £10:</p>

Sume in order to be disposed of as your Worshipps should<lb></lb>
direct, and part thereof still remaines in the Undersherriffs<lb></lb>
hands. And your Peticoner being a Young Officer and only<obscured></obscured>

intending to save his Security, not<del>only</del>
any wayes acting<obscured></obscured>

in Contempt of their Worshipps Order, but purely through<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
ignorance, and haveing had severall Misfortunes in<obscured></obscured>

Execucon of his Office is at present but in meane<lb></lb>
Circumstances</p>
<p n="252">Most Humbly Prayes your Worshipps<lb></lb>
Consideration, and that you will be<lb></lb>
favourably pleas'd to releive your Petr.<lb></lb>
(out of the remaining part of the money<lb></lb>
remaining in the Sherriffs hands) as<lb></lb>
to your Worshipps shall seeme meete</p>
