MIDDLESEX .


AT the GeneralSessions of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the County
of Middlesex , at Hicks-Hall , in Saint John-Street ,
(by adjournment) on Thursdaythe eighteenth
Day of Februaryin the nineteenth Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, King
of Great Britain, Etc.

It is Ordered that the hearing and determining the matter of an
Appeal between the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish
of Saint Peter le poor in Broad Street London Appellants and the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the parish of Saint John of Wapping respondents touching the
Settlement of Mary Wilkinson< no role > and her two Children which stood duly
adjourned unto this day Do Stand further adjourned untill the next General
Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be holden for the said County and on Notice
hereof in the mean time to be given unto the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the poor of the Parish of Saint John of Wapping they and all persons
concerned do attend the Court at Hicks Hall aforesaid on Thursday the
fifteenth day of April next at the Hour of nine in the forenoon of the same
day to hear and abide the Judgement and determination of the said
Court touching the said Appeal.
