his Act and Deed deliver the within Deed or
Instrument purporting to be a General Release

and Jane < no role > his Wife and further Saith That
the Names Joseph Bernard< no role > Subcribed to the
said Release as the Party executing the same
and Alington Hodges the Person appearing
to Witness the same are of the respective Hands
