The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Paul Covent Garden
in the said County

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the hands
[..] do G. Morav and John Barnfather< no role > Esquires two of his
Majesties Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex (One
[..] of being of the Quorum) bearing date the 24th day of October
[..] John Haines< no role > was removed and Conveyed from and out of the
parish of Saint Clement Danes in the County of Middlesex to the
[..] of Saint Paul Covent Garden as the place of his last
Settlement

Your Petitioners think themselves aggrieved by the
order of the said Five Justices there fore humbly Appeal
at this Court against the same and pray your Worships
will be pleased to appoint a Day in this present
Sessions for the hearing & determining the sd. appeal
