Ordered that the Clk of the peace to write to
& informing [..] him that the said Letters had beenreceivedlaid before
his Majestys Justices of he peace for this County

A motier was made that the Court do proceed to
the appointment of a Surveyor for the Building or
House of Correction for this County
If the Course of debate aplace andletters and a Roll of paperhaving
being [..] produced to the Court the said Letter was opened

The previous question vizt. that the above question to
Newport was [..] moved and upon helding up of heard
there appeared for the previous quest 19 agt. it 8. whereup in the
previous question was declared to be carried in the ass.
Before the Chief question was put It was moved by
way of amendment to insert in the original motier
